清水混凝土脱模剂施工工艺研究

Research on Construction Technology of Fair Faced Concrete Release Agent

港珠澳大桥小型预制构件采用清水混凝土预制工艺,混凝土要求一次成型,对混凝土脱模的表观质量要求极高,脱模剂施工工艺是其中重要一环。文中主要通过港珠澳大桥小型预制构件脱模剂前期试验及后续参数化研究,阐述了精细化脱模剂施工工艺在清水混凝土运用中的意义和重要性,同时形成的一套试验工艺可供后续类似工程参考。

The small prefabricated components of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge adopt the fairfaced concrete prefabrication technology.The concrete requires one-time molding.The apparent quality of demoulding the concrete is extremely high,and the release agent construction process is an important part.In this paper,the pre-test and subsequent parameterization of the small prefabricated component mold release agent of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is mainly used to illustrate the significance and importance of the fine mold release agent construction technology in the application of fair faced concrete.At the same time,a set of test process can provide reference for similar projects in future.
