东人工岛管线槽预制弧形侧板安装工艺

Installation Technology for Groovy Prefabrication of Curved Plate in the East Artificial Island

港珠澳大桥岛隧工程东人工岛非通航孔桥现浇预应力箱梁外侧设置管线槽结构,该结构分为现浇承板、预制侧板及盖板三部分,其中预制弧形侧板首次在国内公路工程中采用,目前暂无相应的安装标准。文中主要阐述预制弧形侧板的精细化安装及安装效果,进而提出其安装验收标准,供同类型工程作参考。

Pipeline trench structure is laid on the outer side of cast-in-situ prestressed box girder of non-navigation channel bridge of the East Artificial Island of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Link Project,which is composed of cast-in-situ bearing plate,precast side slab and cover plate,of which,the precast arc side slab is for the first time used in highway project in China and there is no corresponding installation specifications.The delicacy installation of precast arch side slabs and results are introduced in the paper and further its acceptance standards are proposed which can provide reference for similar projects.
