摘要
港珠澳大桥岛隧工程东人工岛结合部非通航孔桥承台施工采用整体式钢套箱施工承台工艺。文中详细分析了该施工工艺的选择原因,承台施工过程中钢套箱的拼装、吊运、安装,封底混凝土的计算及浇筑等施工技术。该施工工艺在本桥中的运用可供有关工程技术人员参考。
The construction of pile cap for the non-navigation channel bridges at the transition section of East Artificial Island of the HZM Link Project adopts integrated steel casing platform.In the paper,the reasons for selection of the method is analyzed in detail,and the assembly,transport and erection of the steel casing as well as calculations and casting of sealing concrete are introduced,which can provide reference for technical staff of similar projects.
