摘要
港珠澳大桥东人工岛非通航孔桥采用现浇预应力连续箱梁结构,锚下有效应力是确保箱梁耐久性的关键因素。本工程因地制宜制定了切实可行的措施,使钢绞线伸长率偏差在±6%以内,并经第三方检测,锚下有效应力满足设计要求。阐述了施工中所采用锚下有效应力控制技术,可供类似工程参考。
HZMB East Artificial Island Non-navigation Bridge adopts the cast-in-place prestressed concrete continuous box girder structure,and effective stress is the key factor to ensure the durability of the box girder.Practical measures have been taken to make the steel strand elongation deviation within±6%,which has been approved by the third party inspection and proved that the effective stress under anchor meets the design requirements.This paper mainly introduce the control technology of effective stress under anchor in construction,which will provide reference for similar engineering.
