创新型注浆囊袋在沉管隧道不规则抗剪支撑体系中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Innovative Grouting Pouch in the Irregular Shear Supporting System of Immersed Tunnel

摘要 近年来,随着我国跨江跨海隧道工程的不断增加,沉管法施工得到越来越多的应用。管节接头是沉管隧道中很薄弱但非常关键的环节,管节的不均匀沉降会导致接头的错位与张开,对接头位置抗剪结构的施工造成了极大的不便,也对整个沉管隧道结构受力的安全产生巨大的威胁。一方面,沉管隧道内狭窄的作业空间限制了抗剪结构的施工方法;另一方面,不均匀沉降带来不规则位移,令抗剪结构难以完成刚性连接,抗剪性能面临失效风险。本文依托港珠澳大桥岛隧工程,介绍了创新型注浆囊袋在沉管隧道不规则抗剪支撑体系中的应用,有效解决了施工空间不足及抗剪结构失效的问题,为沉管隧道接头抗剪结构施工积累了宝贵经验。此外,本文为创新型注浆囊袋广泛应用于各类不规则支撑体系设计、施工提供了思路。 Joint of immersed tunnels is weak but crucial part in immersed tunnel.The uneven settlement of immersed tunnels will cause the joints dislocated and open,which causes great inconvenience of the shear structure of construction,also produces great threat to the structure safety of immersed tube.On the one hand,narrow work space in the immersed tunnel construction limits the method of shear structure,on the other hand,non-uniform settlement brings irregular displacement,shear structures are hard to complete the connections,and makes risks of the shear performance failure.Based on the Island Tunnel Project of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Link Project,this article introduces the application of an innovative grouting pouch in irrregular shearing supporting system of immersed tunnel,which has effectively solved the problems of insufficient construction space,and shear failure for shear structure and accumulated valuable experience for construction of shear structure of immersed tunnel joints.In addition,this article provides ideas for wide application of innovative grouting bag in the design and construction of irregular support system.
