摘要 港珠澳大桥岛隧工程沉管顶推是一项全新的施工工艺,由镜面不锈钢板与PTFE滑板组成摩擦副。受环境、材料等多方因素影响,顶推施工摩擦系数超出设计值。本文从实际情况出发分析摩擦系数影响因素,提出针对性的优化措施,有效降低了顶推施工摩擦系数。 The jacking construction of immersed tube of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Link Project is a new construction technology,the friction pair is formed by mirror stainless steel plate and polytetrafluoroethylene slide board.Influenced by many factors such as the environmental impact and materials,the pushing friction coefficient is beyond the design value.Based on the actual situation,in this paper the main factors that influent the friction coefficient are analyzed,and some optimization measures are put forward,which effectively reduce the friction coefficient of jacking construction.
