摘要 为了提高工业锅炉运行效率、改善节能减排效果,本文以工业锅炉作为研究对象,对其能效监测和分析技术进行了研究。利用信息化和大数据手段,可实现工业锅炉能效的在线监测和评估,为提高工业锅炉能效水平、实时监控锅炉安全运行、实现锅炉生产运行一体化管控提供有效保障,并为建立能效评估数据库、形成能效对标体系、政府和企业制定节能减排政策提供数据基础。 In order to improve the operation efficiency of industrial boiler and effects of energy conservation and emission reduction, the energy efficiency monitoring and analysis technology of industrial boiler is studied in this paper. Based on digitization and big data methods, the on- line monitoring and evaluation of energy efficiency can be realized. The technology provides effective guarantee for improving energy efficiency level, monitoring safety operation in real time and realizing integrated control of production and operation. The research also can provide data foundation for establishing energy efficiency data base, generating benchmarking system and formulating energy conservation and emission reduction policy of government and enterprise.
