摘要
快速鉴别食用调和油品质是当前深受研究者关注的热点。围绕茶籽调和油品质检测方法操作繁琐,有机溶剂用量大,成本较高,耗时长且对样品具有破坏性,以及茶籽调和油缺乏单组分油含量检测方法等缺陷与难题,本文概述近年来国内外采用近红外光谱技术结合化学计量学应用于茶籽调和油品质检测的最新研究进展,指出其存在的主要问题,并对其发展前景进行展望。通过"科技兴检"为解决茶籽调和油市场监管难题提供新型技术手段,达到科学评价茶籽调和油品质的目的,以期为我国相关研究人员的工作提供借鉴参考。
Rapid identification of edible blend oil's quality is a significant and hot science problem concerned by the researchers at present. Problems and defects of analysis method for camellia blended oil's quality are revolved around complexity of operation, large consumption of organic solvent, high cost, time consuming, destruction to samples, and lacking analytical method of monocomponent oil's content in mixed camellia oil. In the present paper, many latest studies and analysis process focused on near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) and chemometrics to determine the camellia blended oil's quality at home and abroad in recent years were briefly summarized. At the same time, the primary problems existing of NIRS were pointed out and the development prospects of NIRS technique were discussed. Through "Science and Technology Reviving Detection" to provide a new means of solving camellia blended oil market supervision problem,and achieve goal for scientific quality evaluation of camellia blended oil, which would provide valuable reference for correlative Chinese researchers.
