Investigation and Analysis of Suzhou City's Public Culture Service

公共文化服务建设可以提升一个地区群众的精神文化生活水平,也会为该地区的经济发展带来助力,为了解宿州市公共文化服务现状,在实地研究的基础上对宿州市民进行问卷调查,对宿州市公共文化建设成果进行研究,从设施质量、市民需求、财政投入、队伍建设等几个层面对宿州公共文化服务建设中存在的问题进行阐述,分析这些问题出现的原因,从场所管理、第三方资金、优化队伍建设、打造特色文化活动等方面给出了宿州公共文化建设的对策。

Public culture service can improve people＇s spiritual life and drive forward economic development of the region. In order to understand the status of public culture services in Suzhou City,a questionnaire survey of Suzhou residents was made based on research of the area. Achievements in public culture construction in Suzhou City are analyzed. Some problems in public culture services construction in Suzhou City are expounded and their causes are analyzed in terms of the quality of facilities,public demand,financial investment,and staff building. Finally,solutions are put forward in terms of site management,third-party funds,optimizing staff building,and feature cultural activities.
