基于供给侧视角的大学生意识形态教育研究

Research on College Students' Ideological Education from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

思想政治工作要因事而化、因时而进、因事而新。现阶段,高校大学生意识形态工作面临教育国际化加快而多元思想并存、新媒体传播加速而可控难度增加以及学生实时需求变动等新的挑战。从教育供给侧视角分析当前大学生意识形态教育存在产品供给速度慢、品种少、与专业契合度低等问题。为适应新挑战,大学生意识形态教育应实现"三大"转变:从模式上要实现"被动应对"转变为"主动出击",从内容上要实现"温饱型供给"转为"小康型供给",从途径上要实现"传统传播"转变为"新老融合"。

Ideological and political work should be carried out according to the situation. It should keep pace with the development of the times and adapt to new changes. Currently,as globalization speeds up,ideological and political work is faced with the coexistence of multiple thoughts on college campus. Also the acceleration of new media communication make it more difficult to monitor college students＇ thoughts. Additionally,the students＇ ever-changing requirements pose new challenges for ideological work on college students. From the perspective of the educational supplier, this paper analyzes the status quo and internal mechanism of ideological education and puts forward three transformations. In terms of mode,passive reaction should be transformed the into active action. In terms of content,basic supply should be transformed into quality supply.In terms of method,traditional media should be transformed into combination of traditional media and new media.
