Training Stands and Strategies of Applied Music Talents in Local Universities

本文以地方高校音乐专业应用型办学的实践为基础,对应用型音乐人才的内涵予以了界定,对应用型音乐人才的培养要求予以了总结,对人才培养的几种模式予以了探讨,并对人才培养的途径和方法予以了论述,提出了地方本科高校应用型音乐人才培养的策略。

Based on the practice of music education major in local colleges and universities,the connotation of applied talents of music is defined,the stands of applied talents of music is summarized,several modes of personnel training and their ways and methods are discussed. At last the training strategy of local university music talent is put foward.
