With the continuous great-leap-forward development of high-tech parks, landscape quality has become an important part of the development of high-tech parks. Taking the planning and design of Shanghai Science and Technology Oasis Phase Ill high-tech park as an example, and through a detailed study of the status analysis, the master planning, the divisional design, and the plant cultivation and so on, the key attentions to be paid in the landscape planning process of high-tech parks have been summarized in this paper, which can provide references for the landscape planning of high-tech parks.
