摘要
针对全钢子午线轮胎中存在的钢丝弯曲缺陷,提出一种基于穿线法的轮胎帘线弯曲缺陷检测方法;该方法首先对胎侧图像进行细化处理,然后对细化图像应用穿线法,得到穿线与帘线交点坐标,通过相邻交点坐标计算出帘线的弯曲斜率,根据斜率是否大于设置的阈值判断胎侧帘线是否弯曲;采用基于穿线法的轮胎帘线弯曲缺陷检测方法对10种不同纹理的150幅轮胎图像进行检测。结果表明,该方法的查准率和查全率优于其他算法的,可以有效地检测出轮胎胎侧及胎肩区域帘线弯曲缺陷。
Aiming at the wire bending defect in the all steel radial tire,a new method was proposed to detect the wire bend in the tire sidewall. The coordinates of intersection point was got by using the method of threading for the thinned tire sidewall image,then the bending slope of wire was obtained by computing the coordinates of intersection point. so as to determine whether the wire was bent according to the slope. The detection method of tire cord bending defects based on the threading method was used to detect 10 different textures of 150 tire images. The results show that the precision and recall of the method are better than those of other algorithms,and the algorithm can effectively detect the bending defects of tire sidewall and tire shoulder.
