Research on the Present Incubation Status of Young People of Taiwan in China's Mainland and Relative Countermeasures

近年来大陆经济持续发展,市场成长性强,相较于台湾经济低迷,大陆成为台湾青年创业的新选择。台湾青年在大陆创业呈现出"大陆认知"矛盾化、创业选择理性化、创业政策诉求差异化的特点。要通过改善台湾青年大陆认知、满足其差异化的创业政策诉求、搭建大陆创业平台等相关途径,营造良好的创业氛围,吸引更多青年来大陆创业发展。

During recent years, the economy of the China's Mainland has been developed continuously with strong market growth. Compared to the economic downturn in Taiwan, the mainland region has become a new choice attracting young entrepreneurs of Taiwan. The incubation of Taiwan young entrepreneurs in the mainland region is featured in contradictory ＂China's Mainland recognition＂, rationalized entrepreneurial choice,and diversified entrepreneurial policy appeals.It is necessary to create a favorable entrepreneurial atmosphere by improving the recognition of the young people of Taiwan on China's Mainland, satisfying their diversified entrepreneurial policy appeals and creating incubation platform in mainland region, thus to attract more young people to seek for development in mainland region.
