博弈论在电力需求侧的应用研究综述 被引量:50

摘要 随着智能电网的快速发展与电力体制改革的不断深化,需求侧用户能以购电主体和售电主体双重身份参与电网的双向互动。智能电网与开放电力市场下的需求侧赋予了用户更多选择,而博弈论作为多主体决策优化问题的重要工具有望可以解决该领域的诸多难题。首先,归纳了当前电力需求侧存在的典型博弈行为;其次,集中讨论了博弈论在分布式能源用户、高能耗用户以及中低能耗用户3个方面的应用;最后,对博弈论在分布式能源协调优化、高能耗用户购电策略优化、商业和居民用户需求响应、网络通信安全等方面的应用进行了展望。 With rapid development of smart grid and continuous efforts for power system reform, users in demand side can take part in interaction with power system as both consumers and sellers. Under smart grid and open electric market, demand side vests consumers more choices, and game theory is a tool for optimal decision-making problem with multiple players, which is expected to solve difficult problems in demand side. Firstly, typical game behaviors in current power demand side are summarized. Secondly, the discussion is focused on application of game theory in sellers, large consumers, and small consumers. Lastly, potential researches are presented on optimization of distributed energy generation, purchase optimization of large consumers, demand response in commercial and residential users, and network communication security.
