Discussion on a Production Technology for Particleboard without Adding Formaldehyde Resin

分别以桉木和杨木刨花为原料,以生物质胶黏剂和异氰酸酯分别为表层刨花和芯层刨花用胶黏剂,探讨了一种无醛添加刨花板的制备工艺,并在连续压机生产线上进行中试试验,结果表明该种工艺可行。

Using eucalyptus and poplar wood shavings separately as raw materials, biomass adhesive and isocyanate as adhesives for surface and core layer shaving, the preparation process of particleboard without formaldehyde resin was discussed. The pilot-scale test was carried out on the continuous press production line. The results indicated that this process was feasible.
