摘要 随着船舶行业的不断发展,新型技术不断涌现,新的要求不断提出,研究中遇到的各种问题运用传统的理论和方法并不能给出理想的解决方案,迫切需要船舶试验研究提出新的试验平台和技术,为这些新型技术及新要求的研究提供有效研究手段。中国船舶科学研究中心通过综合论证,以90 000吨级散货船为母型,采用1:10的缩尺比,自主设计、建造了百吨级自航模试验平台,该试验平台预设开放式接口,可嵌入不同的软硬件测试模块,完成不同功能的试验研究。通过该试验平台,进行了一系列不同功能的大尺度模型湖泊试验研究,为解决新技术及新要求的尺度效应、在船模拟等问题提供了有效的试验数据及手段,验证了该试验平台建设的合理性及必要性。 With the continuous development of the shipbuilding industry,new technologies are continually emerging and new demands are constantly being put forward. The ideal solutions to different problems encountered in the research could not be gotten by using traditional theories and methods. It is urgent to put forward new test platforms and technologies to provide effective research methods for these new technologies and new requirements. After comprehensive demonstration,by taking 90 000 DWT bulk carrier as the prototype and using the scale ratio of 1:10, a 100 ton class self-propelled ship model test platform was constructed, designed and built independently by China Ship Science Research Center. The test platform can embed different software and hardware test modules and complete various function test research with the preset open interface. With the help of this test platform, a series of large-scale lake experiments with different functions were carried out,which provided effective test data and means to solve the scale effect problem and ship simulation issue about new technology and new requirement. The experiments proves that the construction of the test platform is reasonable and necessary.
