A nuclear radiation monitoring instrument applicable to marine is introduced. It can be used to measure the on-board radiation dose rateand dose, andalso the personal dose（instantaneous γ and neutron dose）. The segmented design makes the dosimeter used for personnel dose measurement small in size and can be worn on the wrist to minimize the impact on the crew＇s work. After strengthening electromagnetic compatibility and sealing design of the whole instrument, it can work stably in marine environment. Comparison with foreign similar equipment shows that the instrument has many advantages.
