Corporate Political Activity and Original Innovation of Biomedical Enterprises:The Mediating Effect of Knowledge Management

原始性创新(新药研发)决定生物医药企业的生存和发展,企业政治行为是影响生物医药企业新药研发的重要因素。构建知识管理的中介模型来探究企业政治行为的作用机制,通过对227份生物医药企业的调研数据研究发现:通过知识获取和知识利用的过程,企业政治行为促进企业的原始性创新。知识管理过程起到中介作用,其中,知识利用起到链式多重中介的作用。

Original innovation （developing new drugs） determines the future of biomedical enterprises, corporate political activity is an important factor influencing the development of new drugs. This research constructs a mediation model of knowledge management to explore the mechanism. Based on the enterprises, this research found that, through strengthen knowledge acquisition and u activity can promote the original enterprise innovation. Knowledge acquisition and kno a mediation role, in which the knowledge utilization as a chain-multiple mediator.
