张家口市老年教育质量提升策略研究

On Strategies of Senior Education Quality Improvement in Zhangjiakou City

随着我国已迈入老龄化社会,人口结构老化、老年教育滞后等问题正严重制约着社会的发展。由于历史的原因,张家口市仍然属于经济不发达的城市行列。张家口市老年教育中出现的经费投入不足、教育观念相对滞后是张家口市老年教育质量提升亟待解决的问题。根据《国务院办公厅关于印发老年教育发展规划(2016—2020年)的通知》要求,我们只有依法推进老年教育,不断强化老年教育资源的供给,构筑强有力的经费保障体系,注重师资队伍建设,优化老年教育的教学方式,才能够不断提升张家口市老年教育质量水平。

As our country has stepped into aging society,problems of aging population structure and lagging senior education are restricting social development. Zhangjiakou is still a developing city in consequence of its history. Problems of insufficient expenditure in senior education and educational concept lagging are urgent to be solved. According to the requirements in Notification of Development Planning（ in 2016-2020） of Senior Education Issued by General Office of the State Council,only by legal promotion of senior education,continuous supply of senior education resource,building of powerful financial support,focus on teaching staff construction and optimization of teaching methods in senior education,can we improve continuously senior education quality in Zhangjiakou.
