《论语》作为一部至今滋养中华民族历史的文化经典,备受社会各界的关注,相关学者非常重视对《论语》的研究。孔子作为一位被尊称为"至圣先师"的伟大教育家,他的教育理念和教学方法对于提高教师队伍的整体素质具有重要的意义。本文结合《论语》和教育部发布的《中小学教师评价指标》,根据"十九大"中提出的对教育、教师的发展要求,从师德的培养、知识的积累、灵活的教学方法三方面来探讨《论语》中教育理论的现实意义。孔子的教育思想在今天仍具有重要的价值,中国乃至世界的教育仍可以从孔子的教育思想中汲取营养。

As a cultural classic that has nurtured the the Chinese nation,The Analects has attracted much attention from all walks of life. The research of The Analects is paid much attention to by related scholars. Every period of Chinese education studies The Analects,and Confucius as the great educator,his education idea and methods are very important for improving the overall quality of teachers. This article will combine The Analects and the primary or secondary school teachers evaluation indicators,as well as the cultivation requirement for teachers＇ professional morality put forward in the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. From the cultivation of teachers＇ morality,the accumulation of knowledge,and flexible teaching methods,discuss the practical significance of education theory in The Analects. It proves the important value of Confucius＇ education idea in today still. China and the world still can draw nutrition from Confucius＇ education idea.
