摘要 本研究以白梨枇杷为试验材料,采用根系土施方式,比较矿质营养元素肥料对枇杷果实品质的影响。结果表明,钼酸氨提高果实单果重效果较好;施硼肥有利于果实可食率提高;但硫酸镁对单果重和可食率影响均不明显。施硼肥的果实可溶性固形物含量最高;锌肥可降低可滴定酸;硼锌镁钼混合矿质养分肥料处理显著降低果实p H值,促进果实采收期延迟。锌肥可显著促进枇杷果皮黄色着色,硼肥对枇杷果皮颜色黄色不影响。 In this study, loquat cv. ‘Baili' was used as materials and soil application of fertilizer was carried out in the root to compare effects of mineral nutrition on fruit quality of loquat. The main results showed that magnesium could have good effect on improvement of average weight per fruit. Boron fertilizer benefited improvement of edible ratio of fruit. But magnesium sulfate had no significant effect on average weight per fruit and edible ratio. After application of boron fertilizer, soluble solid content was increased. Zinc fertilizer could advance coloration of yellow fruit skin while boron fertilizer had no effect on coloration of yellow fruit skin.
