NICU护理人员共情沟通课程的构建及实施效果评价 被引量:32

Construction and implementation of empathic communication course for NICU nurses

摘要 目的构建、实施和评价新生儿重症监护室护理人员共情沟通课程。方法方便抽取32名新生儿重症监护室护理人员进行培训,构建以识别共情机会和共情反应为主要内容的沟通课程,应用柯氏模式评价培训效果。结果培训后93.7%的护理人员对学习的共情沟通知识满意;90.6%~100%的护理人员认为培训改变了沟通态度;93.7%~100%的护理人员认为学习到的知识会影响沟通方式,培训前后比较,护理人员共情沟通自信差异有统计学意义(Z=-4.762,P<0.001);标准化病人评价结果显示,培训改变了护理人员90%的共情沟通行为(P<0.01)。结论共情沟通课程具有可行性,可用于临床培训,提高护士的共情能力。 Objective To construct,implement and evaluate an empathic communication course for NICU nurses. Methods Totally 32 nurses from NICU were recruited to participate in empathic communication course,featuring recognition of empathic opportunities and empathic response. The study used Kirkpatrick Model to evaluate the effectiveness of the course. Results After the course ,results indicated that 93.7% of nurses were satisfied with empathic communication course ; 90.6% -100% of nurses reported their attitude towards communication had changed; there was significant difference in empathic communication confidence before and after the course (Z=-4.762,P〈0.01), 93.7%-100% of nurses considered the knowledge they learned would influence communication methods;the course changed nurses' empathic communication behaviors(P〈0.01). Conclusion Empathic communication course is feasible and provides a practical intervention for improving nurses' empathy.
