Expert consensus on the nursing practice of ultrafiltration therapy for heart failure

目的形成心力衰竭患者超滤治疗护理实践专家共识。方法系统查阅文献资料并结合专家临床经验,列出超滤治疗过程中的护理问题,设计专家函询表,通过德尔菲专家函询法和专家会议法,结合客观证据和专家意见,对各个条目进行修改、完善。结果对超滤治疗护理的理论及实践指导两大主题共25个条目达成共识。结论制订心力衰竭患者超滤治疗护理的专家共识,可为临床护理人员实施超滤治疗提供一定的参考。

Objective To establish expert consensus on nursing standard of ultrafihration therapy for heart failure. Methods Literatures at home and abroad were retrieved and professional experience were taken into consideration. Expert Delphi mail questionnaire was developed according to the key issues of nursing care in ultrafihration therapy. Each item was revised considering objective evidence and expert opinions obtained through Delphi ex- pert consultation and expert meeting. Results Experts reached agreement on 25 items under 2 dimensions of theoretical knowledge and practice in uhrafiltration nursing. Conclusion The standard clinical practice of nursing care for heart failure patients undergoing uhrafiltration therapy has been preliminarily established,which will provide references for clinical nursing.
