The Analysis of New Paradigm of Global Economic Governance Based on the Perspective of Authority,Institution and Idea

全球经济治理范式是建立在其框架基础上的权威、制度和观念三要素决定的。全球金融危机以来,权威分散、观念多元以及制度创新的结构性变化推动全球经济治理范式加快转型。反映权力平衡、多元理念、共同发展导向的"新多边制度秩序"是未来国际社会应有的取向,"一带一路"建设以及中国所倡导的开放、包容、普惠、共享的全球化模式,是这种全球经济治理新范式的体现。

The paradigm of global economic governance is determined by the three elements of authority, institution and idea based on its framework. Since the global financial crisis, the structural changes in authority decentralization, pluralism of ideas and institutional innovation have accelerated the transformation of the global economic governance paradigm. The new order of global economic governance will be the new multilateral institution order which is common development oriented and reflects the balance of power and pluralism of ideas. ＂The Belt and Road＂ and the open, inclusive, all beneficial and sharing globalization mode advocated by China is the embodiment of this new paradigm of global economic governance.
