以需求为导向的应用型卓越法律人协同培养机制探析与实践

On the Analysis and Practice of Demand-Oriented Collaborative Training Mechanism for Excellent Applied Legal Talents

传统法学专业人才培养存在人才培养模式单一、学生实践能力不强等问题,难以适应法治建设需求,而国家卓越法律人才教育培养计划,为法律人才培养指明了方向。高校应当创新法治人才培养机制,完善法治人才培养模式,实现人才培养与法治实践需求对接。浙江工业大学积极对接区域经济与法治发展需要,通过探索以实践为特色的协同培养法律人才机制,构建"双导师制"协同培养人才模式,吸收大批实务部门的法律精英人士参与法律人才培养工作,有力促进了学生法律人格、法律知识和法律技能的全面提升。

Traditional law major talent training has such problems as single training mode and students＇ poor practical ability, so it is difficult to meet the needs of rule of law. The national excellent legal talent education plan has pointed out the direction for the training of legal talents.Universities should innovate talent training mechanism and improve training mode for the rule of law, so as to realize the link between talent training and the practical needs of the rule of law. Zhejiang University of Technology actively butted with the needs of regional economy and the development of the rule of law.By exploring the cooperative training mechanism of legal talents with the characteristics of practice, the university constructs the cooperative training model of ＂double tutoring system＂and has a large number of legal elites from practice departments engage in the training of legal talents, which greatly promotes students＇ legal personality, legal knowledge and legal skills.
