摘要
根据空间谐波减速器的失效机理和润滑环境建立了失效物理方程,并以此推导出对应的失效加速方程。通过加速寿命试验采集了谐波减速器失效数据,采用最小二乘法和图分析法对失效加速方程进行检验。结果表明该失效加速方程符合空间环境下谐波减速器的加速寿命特征,为谐波减速器的寿命外推准确性提供了依据。
Based on the failure mechanism and lubricating environment for space harmonic drive,the failure physics equation is established,and corresponding failure acceleration equation is deduced. Collecting harmonic drive failure data through accelerated life test,the failure acceleration equation is verified by using least squares method and graph analysis method. The results show that thefailure accelerate equation corresponds accelerated life characteristics of harmonic drive under space environment,and provide the basis of life extrapolation accuracy for harmonic driver.
