摘要
润滑油品质对发动机内相关零部件间的摩擦特性具有重要影响,其性能在发动机工作过程中会随着运行时间、环境温度等因素的变化而发生改变,进而影响到发动机系统整体的动力性能和经济性能。以某款1.5 L排量4缸汽油机为研究对象,在台架试验的测试数据基础上,建立发动机系统的多体动力学仿真模型,着重分析润滑油老化与发动机主要传动部件间摩擦特性变化的关系。研究结论有利于发动机动力传动机构的设计以及润滑油型号的匹配。
The quality of lubricating oil has significant influence on the friction characteristics between connected automobile engine parts. Its performance can be very different due to the variation of operating conditions or environment temperature and thus can affect the system performance of power and economy of an engine. In this paper,a 1.5 L fourcylinder gasoline engine is used to conduct the analysis through engine bench tests first. Then a multi-body-dynamic model is built to analyze and understand the correlation between the friction characteristics of engine parts and the aging of lubricating oil. The result obtained from this study will benefit automotive engine design and matching different kinds of lubricating oils and engines.
