坪山区人口发展现状及其优化分析

The Present Situation of Population Development and its Optimization Analysis in Pingshan District

人口作为社会经济发展的重要资源禀赋,其增长变化情况直接反映出一个地区的发展特点。坪山区作为深圳市发展起步较晚的边缘城区,近年成长迅速,2009年至2016年间顺利实现了由大工业区至新区再升级为行政区的重大转变,其人口变化与区域发展间的关系,具有鲜明特点及代表性。基于数据的可获取性,本文通过梳理2010年至2016年间坪山区人口发展基础,重点分析坪山人口发展存在的问题,并就人口结构优化提出建议,以期为深圳及其他特大城市的边缘城区人口发展提供参考借鉴。

Population,as an important resource endowment of social and economic development,directly re-flects the development characteristics of a region with the growth changes.Pingshan,as a fringe district with relatively late development in Shenzhen,has developed rapidly in recent years.It has successfully achieved a major transformation from a large industrial area to a new administrative district from 2009 to2016,and the relationship between its population changes and regional development is of great characteris-tics and representativeness.Based on the availability of data,this paper analyzes the population develop-ment basis of Pingshan District from 2010 to 2016,focuses on problems of the population development,and makes suggestions on the optimization of the population structure,with a view to provide population development ways in the periphery of Shenzhen and other mega cities.
