Food and agricultural product security relies on administrative and legal measures for a long time. However, there are no good effects. As long as food and agricultural product security is strengthened from administrative, legal and techinical aspects based on systemic consideration, cooperative effects would produce and essential problems shall be tackled. The article hereby analyzes predicament of food and a-gricultural product industry chain, introduces the concept of sharing economy, proposes the concept of quickly-tested sharing network platform, innovates application mode of testing technology and summarizes the structure, operating mode and actual effects of quickly-tested sharing network platform.
