深圳市养老设施空间评估与政策建议

Research on the Spatial Assessment and Policy Recommendations of Elderly Care Facilities in Shenzhen City

本文以深圳市养老设施为研究对象,区分机构养老设施和社区老年人日间照料中心,采用空间评估方法,从供需比、便捷度、医养邻近度三个角度出发,对深圳市养老设施开展整体评估,根据评估结果分析养老设施规划建设中存在的具体问题,结合规划管理工作实际提出政策建议。研究提出的评估方法对其他城市的养老设施评估具有借鉴价值,研究结论对掌握深圳市养老设施建设发展现状,辅助政府决策具有较强的现实意义。

This paper takes Shenzhen city elderly care facilities-the institutional elderly care facilities and community elderly day care centers as the research object. Based on the spatial assessment method, the overall assessment of elderly care facilities in Shenzhen is carried out from three perspectives-supply and demand ratio, convenience and proximity of medical care. According to the assessment results, the paper ana-lyzes the specific problems in the planning and construction these facilities, and puts forward the policy suggestions in combination with the planning management. The assessment method has reference value for other city’s elderly care facilities evaluation, and the conclusions are of great realistic significance for grasp-ing the development status of elderly care facilities in Shenzhen and can support the government’s decisionmaking.
