生物质C-N-P自掺杂TiO_2的超声辐照同步合成及光电化学性能分析 被引量:1

Simultaneous Synthesis and Photoelectrochemical Properties of Biomass C-N-P Self-Doped TiO_2 by Ultrasonic Irradiation

摘要 采用溶胶-超声辐照技术,同步合成了生物质C-N-P自掺杂TiO_2复合催化剂。以亚甲基兰(MB)为目标污染物,考察了该复合催化剂的可见光催化活性,并分析了样品的表面化学组成及其光电化学性能。实验结果表明,在可见光照射下进行光催化反应80min时,复合催化剂对亚甲基蓝的降解效率可达98%;相比纯TiO_2,复合样品的光电流密度增大,电化学阻抗环半径减小,Zeta-电位值增大,光催化活性明显提高。 Biomass C-N-P self-doped TiO_2 was simultaneous synthesized by ultrasonic irradiation assisted sol-gel method.The surface chemical composition and photoelectrochemical properties of the composite catalyst were examined,and photocatalytic activity was tested using methylene blue as target pollutant.The results show that after 80 min of photocatalytic reaction time,the degradation rate of methylene blue by composite catalyst was up to 98% under visible light.Compared with pure TiO_2,the composite catalyst exhibited higher photocurrent density,smaller electrochemical impedance ring radius,higher zeta potential value and the photocatalytic activity was significantly improved.
