1,4,5,8-萘四甲酸二酰亚胺纳米荧光探针的制备及应用

摘要 以1,4,5,8-萘四甲酸二酰亚胺(NTCD)为原料,运用真空气相沉积-分子自组装法制备了NTCD有机纳米材料。通过扫描和透射电镜、荧光光谱、紫外光谱、傅立叶变换红外光谱表征了其结构。通过NTCD独特的荧光特性,建立了测定三聚氰胺荧光的纳米化学传感器。该体系荧光强度变化与三聚氰胺浓度呈良好线性关系,线性范围为8.0×10^(-7)~4.0×10^(-5) mol/L,检出限为1.33×10^(-8) mol/L。方法灵敏度高,选择性好,为食品有害添加剂三聚氰胺的检测提供了新手段。 1,4,5,8-Naphthaleneteracarbox-diimide(NTCD)organic nanomaterial was prepared by vacuum vapor deposition and molecular self-assembly method using NTCD as raw material.The nanostructure of NTCD was characterized by electron microscopy(SEM,TEM),fluorescence spectroscopy,ultraviolet spectroscopy and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Based on the unique fluorescence characteristics of NTCD,a fluorescence nanochemical sensor was established for the determination of melamine in milk powder.The fluorescence quenching of NTCD showed a good linear relationship with the increase of melamine concentration.The method was a linear range of 8.0×10-7-4.0×10-5 mol/L with the detection limit of 1.33×10-8 mol/L,it has high sensitivity and good selectivity,which provides a new method for the determination of melamine in food harmful additives.
