尼莫地平在L-苯丙氨酸修饰电极上的电化学行为及测定

摘要 用电化学聚合的方法将L-苯丙氨酸修饰到玻碳电极上,并对尼莫地平进行电化学研究。在pH=6.79的缓冲溶液中,于-0.90V(vs.SCE)左右产生一个灵敏的还原峰,尼莫地平在2.0×10^(-5)~2.0×10^(-3) mol/L浓度范围内与其峰电流呈线性关系,相关系数(R^2)为0.9866,检出限(3σ/k)为6.0×10^(-7) mol/L。实验考察了测试底液、pH值、扫速和干扰组分的影响,并对电极反应机理进行了初步探讨。该方法操作简单、灵敏,可用于实际药品测定。 A poly(L-phenylalanine)film modified electrode was fabricated,and the electrochemical behavior of nimodipine on the modified electrode was investigated.The nimodipine showed a sensitive reductive peak at-0.90 V(vs.SCE)in the phosphate buffer solution of pH=6.79.Under the optimal conditions,the peak current showed a good linear relationship with nimodipine concentration in the range of 2.0×10^(-5)-2.0×10^(-3) mol/L,and the detection limit was 6.0×10^(-7) mol/L.The effects of buffer solution,pH,accumulation time and scan rate were investigated,and the possible mechanism for the electrode process was proposed.This method is easy to operate,sensitive,suitable for the determination of nimodipine in tablets.
