高职院校专业建设实践回顾与提升策略——基于《高等职业教育创新发展行动计划》骨干专业建设的视角

Review and Promotion Strategies of the Specialty Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges——From the Perspective of Key Specialty Construction Based on the“Action Plan for Innovative Development of Higher Vocational Education”

专业建设是高职院校内涵发展的重要基础,也是高等职业教育创新发展的重要路径。新世纪以来,我国高职教育在专业建设上取得了丰硕的成果,积累了丰厚的经验。对照《高等职业教育创新发展行动计划(2015-2018年)》提出的专业建设水平总要求,贯彻产教融合、校企合作主线,采取紧贴产业发展和市场需求建专业、注重专业建设与素质教育的有机融合、发挥专业带头人的引领作用、改善实习实训教学条件等举措,有利于进一步提升高职院校专业建设水平。

Specialty construction is the important foundation of connotation development in higher vocational colleges and an important path of the innovative development of higher vocational education. Ever since the new century, remarkable achievements and rich practical experience in specialty development have been gained. Against the general requirements and specific tasks in the ＂Action Plan for Innovative Development of Higher Vocational Education（2015-2018）＂, this paper discusses the integration of production and education, the cooperation between school and enterprise, the specialty construction on the basis of industry development and market demand, the combination of specialty construction and quality education, the leading role of the professional leaders, and the improvement in teaching and training condition and so on, which aims to provide useful insights for the further improvement of specialty construction in higher vocational colleges.
