2016年四川省、市两级疾病预防控制机构毒物检测能力调查 被引量:6

Investigation on Capacity of Poison Detection of Disease Control and Prevention Institutions of Sichuan in 2016

摘要 目的了解和掌握四川省、市两级疾病预防控制机构在突发中毒事件处置中毒物检测能力的现状。方法利用突发中毒事件卫生应急信息平台收集22家市级以上疾病预防控制机构的毒物检测能力信息。结果 22家疾病预防控制机构均取得了检验检测机构资质;检测检验人员共154人,其中年龄以21~50岁共120人(78.0%);本科学历85人(55.2%);职称以中高级为主,共116人(75.2%);所列6种现场毒物检测仪器的配备各机构均严重不足;所列12种实验室检测仪器中,配备率超过80%的只有5种;理化和微生物检测项目平均开展数分别为13.6种和8.4种,开展率分别为46.8%和64.5%。结论四川省、市两级疾病预防控制机构已具备一定突发中毒事件毒物检测应急能力,但尚不能满足国家要求和实际工作需要,应进一步加强疾控机构毒物检测能力建设。 Objective To understand and master the capacity of poison detection in case of sudden poisoning of Disease Control and Prevention Institutions in Sichuan. Methods Collected the information of poison detection capability of total 22 provincial and city centers organizations for Disease Control and Prevention in Sichuan from the public health preparedness respond emergency information platform for acute poisoning accidents. Results All the investigated units had obtained the qualification of China Metrology Accreditation; There were 154 testers working for poison detection in Sichuan,and the 120 testers( 78. 0%) were between 21 to 50 years old,and 85( 55. 2%) of them had bachelor degree,and the 116( 75. 2%) had middle or vice-senior title. The equipment of the six kinds of field toxicological testing instruments were seriously inadequate. Of the 12 laboratory instruments,there were only five of them were equipped by more than 80% of the units. The average numbers of physical and chemical inspection and microbiological inspection projects which have been carried out were 13. 6 species( 46. 8%) and 8. 4 species( 64. 5%). Conclusion The provincial and city centers for Disease Control and Prevention institutions had certain ability of poison detection to deal with emergent poisoning events,but it was not enough to meet the national demands and actual work needs,so it was necessary to further strengthen the construction of toxicological detection capacity of the Center of Disease Control and Prevention in Sichuan.
