我国呼吸病学中文期刊学术影响力及数字化建设调查

Comparative Analysis of Academic Impact and Digitized Construction of Five Domestic Periodicals of Respiratory Medicine

目的了解我国大陆出版的中文呼吸病学期刊的学术影响力以及数字化建设现状。方法以2012-2016年版《中国学术期刊影响因子年报》数据为依据,以99种内科学期刊数据均值为参照,对5种中文呼吸病学期刊5年间文献计量学评价指标进行综合比较,并对期刊数字化建设情况进行调查。结果《中华结核和呼吸杂志》学术质量高,学术影响力大,具有一定的国际影响力,数字化程度高,可进一步参与国际竞争。《中国呼吸与危重监护杂志》影响因子等学术水平指标较好,但来源文献量低于平均水平,应凭借数字化平台进一步扩大影响力范围。《临床肺科杂志》来源文献量大,影响因子等学术指标稍低,影响范围较广,应进一步加快在线投审稿系统建设。《国际呼吸杂志》出刊频率高,影响因子较低,需要进一步提高期刊论文的显示度。《中华肺部疾病杂志(电子版)》办刊时间较短,发展速度快,影响因子等学术指标较好,自引率稍高,应引起重视。结论中文呼吸病学期刊学术水平和学术影响力逐年稳步增长,在近百种内科学期刊中居中等偏上水平。5种期刊各具特色,数字化发展状况不均衡。

Objective To understand the overall academic impact and digitized construction of domestic periodicals of respiratory medicine in China's Mainland. Methods Based on the data of Chinese Academic Journal Comprehensive Citation Report（ CAJCCR） published in 2012-2016, the overall academic impact was compared among five domestic periodicals of respiratory medicine,meanwhile the digitized construction status was investigated. Results Chinese Journal of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases is a periodical with a high academic level,high domestic and international impact,and a high degree of digitalization,thus should further participate in the international competition. With regard to Chinese Journal of Respiratory and Critical Medicine,the impact factor is satisfactory,but the academic impact is limited due to the low quantity of original articles. So,it should expand the scope of influence to attract more outstanding articles by its complete digital platform. Journal of Clinical Pulmonary Medicine has published the most high quantity of original articles,but academic level is not satisfactory. It should establish its own website and online peer review system to provide better service to authors. International Journal of Respiration has high frequency of publication and ratio of funded papers,but low impact factor. Therefore,it should further improve visibility of articles. Chinese Journal of Lung Diseases（ Electronic Edition） is growing rapidly,with a high impact factor,but also a little higher self-cited rate. Conclusion The academic level and impact of periodicals of respiratory medicine have increased steadily year by year and are higher than the mean level in nearly a hundred of periodicals of internal medicine.These five periodicals have their own specialties and advantages with imbalance in digitized construction status.
