双层悬臂振动筛在莱钢400m^2烧结成品筛分系统中的应用

摘要 型钢炼铁厂400 m^2烧结成品系统2009年投产时三台筛子分别采用等厚椭圆筛、直线筛、棒条筛,筛分效率低,能耗大,故障高,不适应现场生产需要。2016年11月将一筛、二筛拆除,合并改造为一台双层悬臂振动筛,提高了筛分能力和筛分效果,节约了能源消耗,取得了良好使用效果。 When 400m^2 sintering finished product system of the section steel ironmaking plant put into production in 2009, the three screens were used, respectively elliptical equithickness screen, linear screen and bar screen, which were of low screening efficiencies, large energy consumption and high fail- ure rate, so their couldnt adapt to the field production. In November 2016, the two of screens were dis- mantled and merged into one double-layered cantilevered vibrating screen, and thus the screening ability and effect were improved, the energy consumption was saved, and the good use effect was obtained.
