Through implementation of technological transformation of sinter machine discharging system, the automatic discharging goal of discharge system was realized, the requirements for timing and quantitative emission of sintered ash was met, meanwhile the air leakage rate of sintering and the loss of spare parts were reduced, and then the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption, and clean production were achieved.
