The Improvement of Dedusting System for 6m Coke Oven Coke-barrier Car

针对山钢股份莱芜分公司焦化厂6米焦炉出焦除尘系统运行现状,分析认为,拦焦车捕集罩未设置炉头烟尘捕集装置、除尘系统密封不严、标准化操作不到位等影响拦焦车除尘效果,导致从摘门到推焦过程烟尘大量外溢。通过对拦焦车集尘装置改造、除尘系统密封等措施,拦焦车除尘效果明显提升,现场环境得到有效改善。

For the running status of 6m coke oven dedusting system in the coking plant of Laiwu Branch, Shandong Iron ＆ Steel Co. , Ltd. , the analysis result showed that, there were some factors influencing the dedusting effect of coke-barrier car, including coke-barrier car trapping cover without installation of dust trapping device at the top of coke oven, untight sealing of dedusting system and nonstandard standardized operation, thus resuhing in a large amount of dust spillover from door extracting to coke Through transformation of coke-barrier car dust trapping device and sealing dusting effect of coke-barrier car was improved significantly, and the field pushing of dedusting system, the deenvironment was improved effectively.
