提高连铸机大包钢水称重准确性的方法实践

摘要 连铸机大包浇注过程中,普遍采用大包称量系统来实现钢水重量的采集。通过安装在大包臂两侧前后端共4个称重传感器分别称重取平均值后得到总重量。因为现场环境温度过高,长时间的烘烤容易造成称重传感器及线路的损坏,一旦有传感器重量异常直接影响到总重量的准确性。本文克服了因称重传感器损坏或线路异常,从而干扰总重量准确性的弊端。设计一款称重接线盒,对原有4个称重传感器的称重电源进行独立供电,替代原有的统一供电的方式。当某一传感器重量采集异常无法及时处理时,只需将称重异常的传感器控制电源单独断电而不影响到大包钢水总重量的准确计量,为生产部门绩效评价和经济效益提升提供了准确的依据。 During the continuous casting with large ladle, the weighing system of large ladle was used to realize the weight collection of liquid steel. Through four weighing sensors installed at front and back ends on both sides to respectively get the weight, the total weight was obtained after getting the average value. For the environment temperature was too high, and the long-time baking easily caused the damage of weighing sensors and lines, and once the abnormal weight gotten by sensors, the accuracy of total wei was directly affected. In the paper, the disadvantage that the accuracy of total weight was influenced weighing sensor damage or line anomaly was overcome. One kind of weighing junction boxes was designed to realize the independent power supply for the weighing power supplies of original four weighing sensors, replacing the original way of unified power supply. When one sensor had an abnormal weight gathering and couldn't be handled in time, the thing only need to done was to power off the control power of sensor whose weight value was abnormal alone, and the accurate measurement of liquid steel wouldnt be affected, thus providing a accurate basis for the performance evaluation and economic benefit improvemerit of production departments.
