摘要
虽然有越来越多共模电压抑制方法应用于大功率多电平逆变器,但并没有从根本上达到消除共模电压的效果。为此,文章提出一种零矢量PWM共模电压抑制方法,并以箝位型五电平逆变器为例,详细分析了参考矢量的扇区判断、扇区中小三角区域判断、矢量合成及其时间计算的方法。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。
Although more and more common-mode voltage suppression methods have been adopted for high power multi-level converter, the common-mode voltage has not been completely removed. It proposed a common-mode voltage suppression scheme based on Zero-vector PWM strategy(ZVPWM). Taking a diode clamped five-level inverter as an example, sector location of reference vector, small triangle section location of reference vector, vector synthesis and synthesis time calculation were analyzed in detail. Simulation results show the validity of this method.
