摘要
目前国内LKJ列车运行控制系统维护成本高,设备保障困难。为此,文章将PHM技术首次引入到铁路列车运行控制系统中,根据LKJ-15C型列车运行监控系统架构,提出了一套针对该系统的PHM系统框架结构和物理实现方案,分析了监测对象选择、设备健康状态评估、设备故障预测及现有监控系统硬件升级等关键项点。该方案已在LKJ-15C型列车运行监控系统中实现了初步应用。
The maintenance cost of the LKJ train operation control system is high and the spair part supply is difficult to manage. This paper introduces PHM technology to railway train operation control system. According to the LKJ-15 C train operation control system architecture, it presented a PHM system framework structure and physical implementation scheme, and analyzed the key items of PHM technology implementation, such as detection object selection, equipment monitoring status assessment, equipment failure prevention side and existing monitoring system hardware upgrade. The PHM technology was initially applied on LKJ-15 C train operation control system.
