地塞米松片联合米诺环素软膏治疗冠周炎的临床研究

Clinical trial of dexamethasone tablets combined with minocycline ointment in the treatment of pericoronitis

目的观察地塞米松片联合米诺环素软膏治疗冠周炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将92例冠周炎患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组46例。对照组于盲袋内注入适量1%碘甘油;试验组于盲袋内注入适量地塞米松和米诺环素软膏。2组患者均治疗3 d。比较2组患者的临床疗效、症状缓解时间和药物不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.48%(43例/46例)和76.09%(35例/46例),疼痛缓解时间分别为(1.89±0.24)和(2.95±0.38)d,炎症消退时间分别为(3.42±0.48)和(4.91±0.87)d,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2组患者的药物不良反应以胃肠道反应和并发感染为主,试验组和对照组的总药物不良反应发生率分别为6.52%和8.70%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地塞米松片联合米诺环素软膏治疗冠周炎的临床疗效确切,且不增加药物不良反应的发生率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of dexamethasone tablets combined with minocycline ointment in the treatment of pericoronitis. Methods A total of 92 patients with pericoronitis were randomly divided into control and treatment groups with 46 cases per group. Control group was injected with 1% iodoglycerin. Treatment group was injected with dexamethasone and minocycline ointment. Two groups were treated for 3 days. The clinical efficacy,symptom relife time and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups. Results After treatment,the main indexes of treatment and control groups were compared： total effective rates were 93. 48%（ 43 cases/46 cases） and76. 09%（ 35 cases/46 cases）,pain relief time were（ 1. 89 ± 0. 24）and（ 2. 95 ± 0. 38） d, inflammation disappeared time were（ 3. 42 ± 0. 48） and（ 4. 91 ± 0. 87） d,the differences were statistically significant（ all P 0. 05）. The adverse drug reactions of two groups were gastrointestinal reactions and concurrent infection. The total incidences of adverse drug reactions were 6. 52% and 8. 70% without significant difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Dexamethasone tablets combined with minocycline ointment have a definitive clinical efficacy in the treatment of pericoronitis,without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
