摘要
目的探讨案例教学法在药物基因组学教学中的应用和意义。方法通过介绍药物代谢酶、药物转运体、药物靶点相关案例在药物基因组学教学过程中的具体运用,激发学生求知欲,调动学生积极性。结果案例教学法可以指导学生参与药物的个体化应用,促进药物的合理应用,提高学生积极性及主动性,提高教学效果。结论案例教学法是一种适用于药物基因组学教学的有效方法。
Objective To explore the application and effect of case based teaching in pharmacogenomics teaching. Methods In order to arouse students＇ thirst for knowledge and arouse their enthusiasm,we introduce the application of case based teaching（ drug metabolism enzyme,drug transporter and drug target） in the teaching of pharmacogenomics.Results Case based teaching can effectively guide the students to participate in individualized drug therapy,promoting rational use of drugs,and effectively enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of students.Conclusion Case based teaching is an effective teaching method,suitable for pharmacogenomics teaching.
