药物导致尖端扭转性室速潜在风险分析

Potential risk analysis for drug-inducing Torsade de Points

导致心室复极化延迟的药物可以引起QT间期延长,有潜在可能出现尖端扭转性室速(Td P),进而导致猝死。笔者对Credible Meds~提供的QTdrug list(QT相关药物目录)中的209种药物进行了治疗领域、适应证以及药理作用分类的归纳整理,并在美国食品药品监督管理局的官方网站中对这些药物进行检索,获取药品说明书和药品批准信息,收集QT研究结果,将QT研究结果进行总结。本文旨在为临床安全用药及研发过程中QT研究提供参考。

Drugs with delayed ventricular repolarization can lead to QT interval prolongation,which may lead to the Torsad de Points（ Td P）,leading to sudden death. According to QTdrug list provided by Credible Meds~,209 drugs are classified by the therapy area,indications and the pharmacological effects. The author collected drug informations from the United States Food and Drug Administration website and summarized Results of QT study. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for clinical safety administration and QT study in drug development.
