火针膏肓穴对慢性疲劳综合征大鼠血清SOD、MDA及GSH-Px的影响 被引量:22

Effects of fire-acupuncture treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome on serum SOD, MDA, and GSH-Px in rats

摘要 目的:观察火针膏肓穴对慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)大鼠血清抗氧化指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力及丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响,探讨火针治疗CFS的作用机制。方法:选取30只健康成年SD大鼠,随机分成正常对照组、模型组、火针组,每组10只。采用慢性束缚+强制冷水游泳的复合应激方法制备CFS的模型大鼠,并通过观察大鼠的行为学改变对模型进行评定。火针组进行火针膏肓穴(双侧)治疗,正常对照组与模型组按同样方式抓取,但不做任何治疗处理。火针每天1次,治疗1周后检测血清SOD、GSH-Px及MDA含量。结果:慢性束缚加冷水游泳的复合应激可致大鼠食欲不振、精神萎靡及活动减少,火针膏肓穴可明显改善CFS大鼠的精神状态及活动。与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清SOD活力、GSH-Px活力均明显降低(P<0.05),MDA含量显著升高(P<0.05);火针组大鼠血清SOD活力、GSH-Px活力显著高于模型组(P<0.05),MDA含量明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:火针膏肓穴可提高CFS大鼠的抗氧化能力,这可能是火针治疗CFS的作用机制之一。 Objective: To observe the effects of fire-acupuncture on the level of serum antioxidant superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondial dehyde (MDA) in chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) rats, and to explore the mechanism of the fire-acupuncture treatment on CFS. Methods: Thirty healthy adult SD rats were randomly divided into the control group, the model group, and the fire-acupuncture group, with 10 animals in each group. CFS rats model was established by bounding and swimming in cold water. The model was assessed by observing the behavioral changes in rats. Rats in the fire-acupuncture group were treated with fire-acupuncture stimulation Gaohuang (BL43). Rats in control group and model group were captured in the same way but without any treatment. The treatment was given once a day for a week. The activities of SOD, GSH-Px and the levels of MDA in serum were elevated. Results: Compared with the control group, the activity of serum SOD, GSH-Px in the model group was significantly lower (P〈0.05), the level of MDA in serum were significantly higher (P〈0.05). Compared with the model group, the activities of serum SOD, GSH-Px were obviously increased in the fire-acupuncture group (P〈0.05), and the contention of MDA in the fire-acupuncture group was significantly lower (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Fire- acupuncture at Gaohuang (BL43) can improve the antioxidant capacity of CFS rats, and the antioxidant effect may be one of the mechanisms of fire-acupuncture treatment of CFS.
