摘要 自噬作为应对细胞内和细胞外刺激的一种自我保护性过程,在调节骨稳态过程中具有重要作用。细胞自噬以其特异的清除和代谢方式与中医阴阳理论的对立制约、互根互用有着相似的内涵。糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症(GIOP)属于中医"骨痿"的范畴,骨痿的发生与肾密切相关。文章尝试从中医肾阴阳理论探讨细胞自噬在GIOP中的作用。肾藏精主骨生髓,肾精化生肾气,肾气包含肾阴肾阳,肾阴肾阳的失调与GIOP的发生有着密切的关系。 Autophagy, as a self-protective process in response to intracellular and extracellular stimulation, plays an important role in regulating bone homeostasis. Ceil autophagy has a similar connotation to mutually opposing and constraining, mutually independent and promoting of TCM yin-yang theory, with its specific clearance and metabolism. Glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis (GIOP) belongs to category of TCM bone wilting. The occurrence of bone wilting is closely related to kidney. This paper attempts to explore the role of autophagy in GIOP from TCM yin-yang theory. The kidney stores the essence, governing the bones and producing marrow. The kidney essence produces kidney qi, which includes kidney-yin and kidney-yang. Therefore, imbalance of kidney-yin and kidney-yang has a close relationship with GIOP.
