外感咳嗽是呼吸科门诊常见的疾病,外感咳嗽多由正气不足,体虚外感所导致,但外感咳嗽的发生多兼有胃肠积热、情志内伤等因素。因此在临床上常见的病案多为两经合病或多经合病的表现。文章主要论述外感咳嗽的病因病机,临床表现以及三阳合治方剂在临床上的应用,并在文中附病案说明。

Exogenous cough is a common ailment seen in the respiratory outpatient clinic. It is mainly due to external pathogenic factors and an internal lack of healthy qi. In addition, it is usually accompanied by stomach and intestinal heat or emotional influences etc. As a result, in clinical practice, it is not unusual to see dual- or multi-channel manifestations. In this paper, the etiology and pathogenesis of exogenous cough, its clinical features and the application of treatment of three yang channels were discussed together with actual cases.
