清热解毒法与以毒攻毒法在肿瘤治疗中的应用

Application of clearing heat and removing toxicity therapy and counteracting toxin with toxin therapy in tumor treatment

癌毒病机理论提出"癌毒"是导致肿瘤发生发展的病机关键,因此"祛除癌毒"应贯穿肿瘤治疗的始终,祛除癌毒主要包括清热解毒法与以毒攻毒法。基于癌毒病机理论,从应用依据、应用原则、临床用药3个方面分别深入探讨清热解毒与以毒攻毒法在肿瘤治疗中的应用,进一步提高中医药治疗肿瘤的临床疗效。

The pathogenesis theory of cancerous toxins proposes that cancerous toxins is the main pathogenesis of the development of tumor, therefore eliminating cancerous toxins should be carded out throughout the entire treatment of tumor, which mainly includes clearing heat and removing toxicity therapy and counteracting toxin with toxin therapy. To further improve the clinical efficacy, this article respectively discussed the application of the two therapies in tumor treatment from the aspects of application basis, application principle and clinical medication based on the pathogenesis theory of cancerous toxins.
